Returns Policy

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return request is approved, we'll notify you when our courier partner is assigned to pick up your order.

Refunds are issued as Mellow Mint Wallet Credits, valid for 3 months.

Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Share clear photos along with an unboxing video via Email or WhatsApp to process your request.

Only requests supported by an unboxing video will be eligible for a replacement or exchange.
