At Mellow Mint, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with the fit or quality of your garment, we're here to help.

Returns Policy

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Once your return request is approved, we'll notify you when our courier partner is assigned to pick up your order.

  • Refunds are issued as Mellow Mint Wallet Credits, valid for 3 months.

  • Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos along with an unboxing video via Email or WhatsApp to process your request.

  • Only requests supported by an unboxing video will be eligible for a replacement or exchange.

Exchange Policy

If the size isn't the right fit:

  • You can request a size exchange by paying minimal courier charges.

  • Exchange items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

  • All exchange requests are processed after a quality check.

  • Since our garments are made-to-order, exchanges may take 15–20 working days to complete.
